Happy New Year! I hope you had a wonderful Holiday season with your family and friends.
I want to extend my deepest gratitude to everyone who helped plan, execute, attend, speak, and participate in this year’s annual NOSHE Conference. It was a well-attended event with fantastic learning opportunities for our members. Although I couldn't attend all the sessions, I heard they were exceptional.
A special thank you to all the speakers who shared their knowledge with our NOSHE family. The sessions were amazing, and we received a lot of positive feedback. Thank you to our Sponsors and Vendors; we couldn't have put on such a successful event without your support. And a big thank you to the organizers for all the behind-the-scenes work that made the conference a success.

The NOSHE board recently held our annual retreat to plan our goals for 2025. If you have any suggestions or thoughts on how we can serve you better, please reach out to one of our board members.
This is my last letter as president, as I am passing the reins to Dannielle Rohr, your current NOSHE President. This is bittersweet for me. I have enjoyed leading our NOSHE community and serving all of you. We have had a successful two years, thanks to our NOSHE board and your participation. Thank you so much for your commitment and support.
