Annual Environment of Care Summit
The Department of Hospital Safety is hosting the annual Environment of Care Summit on Friday, April 24 2015 at the Global Center for Health and Innovation and Cleveland Convention Center. The summit covers a variety of topics related to the Joint Commission and the Environment of Care. The two keynote speakers feature Ana-Marie Jones, Executive Director CARD, “Prepare and Prosper” and Dr. Chris Braden, Director, Division of Foodborne, Waterborne and Environmental Diseases National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) “Establishment of Ebola Care Centers”. Nursing CEUs will be given and registration is free for UH employees. Parking is $9 (cash only) in the Huntington Garage (see attached map).
