Presenters
Daleis a professional engineer with over 28 years of leadership in healthcare and critical environments. He has experience in over 50 countries improving client financials by delivering cost reductions and operational improvements through the application of sound engineering practices and technologies. He has experience as a mechanical design engineer, installing contractor and a facilities manager. Dale’s experience includes work at numerous healthcare/research environments including: the National Institutes of Health, The Cleveland Clinic Hospital and American Red Cross' Research Laboratories. Co-author of the Retrocommissioning chapter of the Health Facility Commissioning Handbook published by the American Society for Healthcare Engineering in 2012. Currently Dale is Johnson Control's Senior Manager of Healthcare Engagement at the Global Center for Health Innovation, Cleveland, OH.
Vincent entered into the balancing industry in 1979 in Phoenix Arizona working for Technical Balance Co. on several projects including a new IBM complex in Tucson Arizona. In 1981 he returned to the Cleveland area and was employed by Professional Balance Co. from 1981 to 1996. He then became a founding associate of Fulton and Associates in 1996, specializing in surgical suites and isolation room pressurization in Healthcare facilities. Vincent has a vast experience in diagnosing defects and failures in large chilled water systems. His responsibilities have included project management of large test and balance projects, training new apprentices, and servicing large institutions. He has provided services for Summa Health Systems, Akron General Medical Center, Robinson Memorial, Marymount Hospital (CCF), University of Akron and Kent State University. He currently serves as a trustee on the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC) which he has held for the past 5 years. JATC provides training for all sheet metal apprentices in Local 33, Akron, Ohio district.
